VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Here in La Paz we are so blessed to have an organization like Baja Dogs to save our 4-legged friends from the harsh realities of life on the streets. It is made possible by the efforts of ordinary people who want to make a difference. Please help us continue to help those without a voice. It doesn't have to cost money to make a difference, so if you can donate a little of your time, please send us an email.
There are many ways to contribute:
1. EDUCATION PROGRAM
Our first priority is education. People are always needed to assist with the Education program. Must be fluent in Spanish and have flexible hours.
2. HELPING AT THE REFUGIO
To care for the welfare of the dogs in the refugio. Yes, they need food and costly medicines... but they also need love and attention. Dog walkers, brushers and cuddlers are always welcome! Please call the refuge or send an e-mail to us.
3. HANDYMAN
If you can spare a bit of time to put up a shelf, rake, secure a post etc. Come when you can, spend as much or as little time as you want.
4. EVENT PLANNERS AND FUNDRAISERS
Since we are 100% donor supported, we need help with fundraising events. If you have an idea for a fundraiser, let us know.
